Our Mission :
To assist persons and families in need who reside within the
Huron Valley School District, and community support when needed.
We are preparing for our 2025 Christmas Families !!
May 2023 Detective Dan Cadwell and Chief Scott Tarasiewicz for represented the Elves at MHS's pep rally for a student battling cancer whose classmates raised just over $50,000.00 for her family and medical costs of her cancer treatments. $1000.00 of which came from the Village Elves.

We are preparing for our 29th year of providing HVS families-in-need a
memorable Christmas. This only happens with your support in finding worthy families, and the community’s generosity. Our partnership with the Milford Police Department plays a role in helping us approve families and in delivering the packages and food to them just before Christmas.
2025 we had the most nominations for Christmas assistance in our
history, a total of 25 families nominated. By the grace of God and the kindness of our community the children from all 25 families had an extra special Christmas. We did have to think outside the box and it all came together. There is only enough space at the station to house 13 families gifts and that is the same number the MPD can deliver in one day. 13 Families were traditional Village Elves Families which the community shops for from the family wish lists, wraps and takes to the Milford Police Station for sorting and delivery by the MPD.
5 Families became our new Eve Families. Eve Families are under five
total people in size. We (the Elves) filled their wish lists from monetary donations we were blessed with and wrapped all the gifts. Just like our founding days, Santa delivered Christmas Eve morning.
7 Family's children were adopted by the Milford Police Association and
participated in their new program Shop with a Cop.
Like every year our goal is to spread joy to as many different families as possible.
Thank you for your support!
